A 2024 Tale of Retail
2024 has been an amazing year for our Cornish brewery, a year in which we feel we have established ourselves as a bonafide craft brewery.
Why?
Our brewery is as high tech as they come, and after a couple of years of using the kit we now feel like we are producing our best beer ever. Those beers have been remarkably well received.
Using great hops, malts and other ingredients in tandem with our incredible kit and experienced brewers is a match made in heaven, with beers like Alora, That's My Jam, Helles Mouth Cornish Lager and Summer Hazy Pale Ale being released this year and really helping to raise our level and gain the attention of the craft beer market.
The year has also proved successful for retail listings, with lines in most of the major retail multiples.
If you'd asked us a few years ago if we'd have been seeing our beers on the shelves of national supermarkets, rubbing shoulders with the likes of Vocation Brewery, Northern Monk, Tiny Rebel and more we'd have laughed. That pipe dream has become a reality this year.
Lovers of our Cornish craft beer can find our bottled core range of Meor IPA, Porth Pilsner, Hella Pale Ale and Alba IPA in Morrisons, Tesco and Sainsbury's. Further to that, our Vocation Brewery collab beer, 'That's My Jam', our first ever fruited sour is also available in Tesco.
Behind the scenes we are continuing to work in tandem with the supermarkets to explore getting other beers onto the shelves, with some exciting prospects lining up for 2025.
Whilst 2024 has been a great year, one that still allows us to feel like our ambitious plans are coming together, we aren't quite ready to relax and rest on our laurels. There will be more momentum, more craft beer and more beers on shelves across the UK in2025.
